When leaving the EU, stamp your tax-free documents at Customs before checking in your luggage. You will need to show the purchased items. Remember: no later than 3 months from the date of purchase.

Your refund into your credit card account

Sending INNOVA TAXFREE your tax-free document in the postage-paid envelope that we will provide you in the store. You will receive a credit on your card.

CITY CASH SERVICE

City Cash Service lets the tourist claim the VAT refund before getting the Customs stamp.

In the case of digital validation, the pre-authorization is released and it is not necessary to send it by mail to INNOVA TAXFREE.

GET YOUR REFUND: To guarantee the operation, the tourist must provide a credit card and sign a declaration, authorizing INNOVA TAXFREE to withhold the whole VAT amount for a maximum of 30 days.

PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND: Although the payment option chosen is in cash, we recommend that you provide a credit card to guarantee the refund of the tax-free. If finally you cannot collect the money in cash, INNOVA TAXFREE will be able to make the refund through another form of payment.
